The Process of Creating a Business Plan

Introducing a new product or service — or entering a brand new market with a product or service you already have — is very much like starting a business.

You need to think through all the same issues, from whom your customers and competitors are likely to be to avoiding threats and seizing market opportunities.

The process of creating a business plan helps you develop a strategy for introducing your new product or service, and then ensures that it becomes a successful part of the larger business.

I agree with you. It is very important to plan properly. So many people fail simply due to a lack of proper preparation and planning. I always remember the saying “Fail to Plan and Plan to Fail”. It is so very true.
